Amazon FBA Integration with Prediko

Connect your Amazon FBA account to Prediko to bring your Amazon inventory and sales data into your inventory planning and forecasting. Once connected, Prediko automatically keeps your Amazon data up to date. There’s no need to upload spreadsheets or manually update inventory.

How to integrate Amazon with Prediko?

Please send us a note on our in-app chat or via email ([email protected]), and we will connect your Amazon account to Prediko.

What data does Prediko import from Amazon?

Prediko can pull the following information from your Amazon FBA account:

  • Inventory levels

  • Products and SKUs

  • Amazon warehouses/fulfilment locations

  • Orders

  • Returns

This information is then used inside Prediko to give you an up-to-date view of your inventory and help you plan future stock requirements.

How does Amazon inventory work in Prediko?

Prediko imports the inventory information provided by Amazon FBA and separates it by the fulfilment locations available through the integration.

For each location, Prediko can receive:

  • Available inventory

  • Stock that is currently available to fulfil customer orders.

  • Committed inventory
Stock that has already been allocated to orders.

  • Incoming inventory

  • Stock that Amazon reports as on its way or awaiting availability.

This gives Prediko a more complete picture than simply looking at the total number of units you have with Amazon.

How often does Amazon inventory update?

  • Amazon inventory is automatically refreshed throughout the day. Inventory and product information are generally refreshed about once per hour.

  • Because the integration uses scheduled updates rather than real-time updates, changes made in Amazon may take some time to appear in Prediko.

  • In normal circumstances, you should expect Amazon inventory in Prediko to be approximately 1–2 hours behind Amazon at most.

How are Amazon products handled?

  • Prediko automatically imports your Amazon product catalogue.

  • Amazon can sometimes temporarily make a listing unavailable, suppress it, or mark it as inactive even though the product still exists.

  • To avoid products unexpectedly disappearing from your planning, Prediko only treats an Amazon listing as archived when Amazon reports that the listing has been deleted.

  • Temporary listing issues therefore won't automatically archive the product in Prediko.

Are Amazon orders included?

  • Amazon orders can also be imported into Prediko when order syncing has been enabled for your account.

  • This allows Amazon sales to contribute to the sales history used within Prediko.

If you sell through both:

  • Amazon FBA, and

  • merchant-fulfilled Amazon orders

Prediko can be configured to include only the relevant Amazon sales channels.

For example, if you only want Amazon FBA sales included in Prediko, our team can configure the integration accordingly.

How are Amazon returns handled?

  • Prediko also imports return information from Amazon.

  • When a return is received, Prediko matches it back to the corresponding Amazon order so that the returned items can be correctly accounted for.

Can Prediko send inventory changes back to Amazon?

No. The Amazon integration currently works from Amazon → Prediko.

Prediko imports Amazon inventory so that you can use it for visibility, forecasting, and inventory planning.

Changes to inventory inside Prediko are not pushed back to Amazon FBA.

Can Prediko create Amazon FBA shipments or purchase orders?

Not currently. Purchase orders or shipment information created in Prediko cannot currently be sent directly to Amazon FBA through this integration.

The integration is primarily designed to bring Amazon inventory and sales information into Prediko for planning purposes.

What if my Amazon inventory looks incorrect?

First, keep in mind that Amazon inventory isn't updated in Prediko in real time. A recent inventory change may take approximately 1–2 hours to appear.

If the difference remains after the next sync, contact the Prediko Support team.

It helps to include:

  • The affected SKU

  • The Amazon inventory quantity you're expecting

  • The quantity you're seeing in Prediko

  • The affected Amazon/FBA location, if applicable

Our team can then compare the information received from Amazon with the inventory stored in Prediko and investigate the discrepancy.

Can I manually refresh my Amazon data?

If your Amazon data appears outdated, contact Prediko Support. Our team can trigger a new sync of your Amazon connection when required.
