Prediko × Xero Integration
The Prediko <> Xero is designed to streamline your purchase order (PO) workflow by keeping your inventory planning and accounting systems in sync.
What does this integration do?
With this integration enabled:
Purchase Orders created in Prediko can be synced to Xero
Any updates made to those POs in Xero will sync back to Prediko
This ensures both systems stay aligned without requiring duplicate manual updates.
How does the sync work?
Automatic sync:
Prediko and Xero automatically sync once every 24 hours
Manual sync:
Need updates reflected sooner?
You can manually trigger a sync anytime by clicking the “Sync” button on the specific PO inside Prediko
Think of it as autopilot with a manual override whenever you want instant alignment
Scope of the integration
Currently, this integration is limited to Purchase Orders only.
Supported:
Syncing POs from Prediko → Xero
Syncing PO updates from Xero → Prediko
Not supported:
Pushing costs or financial data beyond POs
Syncing invoices, bills, or payments
Any accounting automation outside of PO syncing
Summary
If Prediko is your command center for planning inventory, and Xero is your ledger of truth, this integration acts like a tidy courier between the two, carrying POs back and forth without dropping a single number.
