Learn how Prediko integrates with QuickBooks.

Prediko × QuickBooks Integration

The Prediko <> QuickBooks is designed to streamline your purchase order (PO) workflow by keeping your inventory planning and accounting systems in sync.

What does this integration do?

With this integration enabled:

  • Purchase Orders created in Prediko can be synced to QuickBooks

  • Any updates made to those POs in QuickBooks will sync back to Prediko

This ensures both systems stay aligned without requiring duplicate manual updates.

How does the sync work?

  • Automatic sync:
Prediko and QuickBooks automatically sync once every 24 hours

  • Manual sync:
    Need updates reflected sooner?
You can manually trigger a sync anytime by clicking the “Sync” button on the specific PO inside Prediko

Think of it as autopilot with a manual override whenever you want instant alignment

Scope of the integration

Currently, this integration is limited to Purchase Orders only.

Supported:

  • Syncing POs from Prediko → QuickBooks

  • Syncing PO updates from QuickBooks → Prediko

Not supported:

  • Pushing costs or financial data beyond POs

  • Syncing invoices, bills, or payments

  • Any accounting automation outside of PO syncing

Summary

If Prediko is your command center for planning inventory, and QuickBooks is your ledger of truth, this integration acts like a tidy courier between the two, carrying POs back and forth without dropping a single number.
