Brands that work with more than one supplier per product can see all linked suppliers (and each supplier's cost) in the product, Buy, and Transfer tables. In other words, a SKU can be bought from many suppliers, not just one. One of them is the default; the rest are linked (alternatives).
Default supplier → the "go-to" for that SKU. It's what planning/replenishment assumes and what pre-fills a PO.
Linked suppliers → all the other places you could buy that SKU from. They show up in the buying table's "Linked Suppliers" column (as chips, with each one's unit cost) so you can compare and switch when drafting a PO.
How to set it up?
1. Automatically (by vendor): In a supplier's setup, you tick the "Vendors Supplied" it carries (e.g. "Acme"). Any SKU whose product vendor = "Acme" is auto-linked to that supplier.
2. Manually: In the supplier's SKU tab, you add products directly and fill in unit cost/ specific name/pack config/MOQ.
Setup flow in the app:
1. Settings → Suppliers → New/Edit supplier
3. SKUs Supplied tab: pick the Vendors Supplied (auto-links) and/or add SKUs manually with per-supplier cost, name, pack, MOQ
4. In the plan/buying table, set the default supplier and compare the Linked Suppliers chips when creating a PO
How does it show up?
We introduced a new "Linked Suppliers" column that shows every supplier linked to a product as a chip, with that supplier's unit cost.
It helps brands that buy the same product from multiple suppliers see them all at a glance.
