MOQ = Minimum Order Quantity
MOQ or 'minimum order quantity' or MOV "minimum order value" is the smallest number of units of a product that must be purchased in order to complete an order.
How to set it up?
💡Set your Minimum Order Quantity or Minimum Order Value type on the Supplier level
1) Settings > Suppliers
2) Create a supplier or edit an existing one.
3) In the supplier information, set the MOQ and the Minimum Order Type by quantity or value.
You can see all your SKUs, linked suppliers and MOQs set in the section 'SKUs Supplied and MOQ'
💭 if you select a "Product" type with 50 units MOQ, you will need to reach 50 units minimum on each Product (sum of all SKUs) that is produced by this Supplier. If you select a "Value" type with $50 units MOQ, as long as you reach $50 across all Products on the PO for this Supplier - you have reached the MOQ. |
