Product not appearing in Buying Table
All SKUs added in your Shopify store (or multiple stores when connected) whether 'Active' or in 'Draft' status, will appear in your Prediko Buying Table and can be found by using the search bar. There may be several reasons why a product or number of SKUs are in your Shopify store but not showing in Prediko. If something isn't showing, work through the list of reasons below to try and troubleshoot:
Typo or Formatting Discrepancies
Double check the product title/SKU name mirrors exactly what is written in Shopify and there are no typo's and that the formatting is consistent.
Not Sync'd to Prediko
Prediko updates products added to Shopify on a daily basis. If adding a new product to Shopify and you wish to see that product in Prediko immediately, you will need to force a resync.
Archived, Digital and Non-Physical Products
All products that have been archived in Shopify will not show in your Buying Table. Similarly, Prediko will not show any digital or non-physical products so make sure to double check that your products are classed correctly by following these instructions.
Same SKU Mapping
Double check your Same SKU Mapping to make sure the product you are searching for is not listed in this section. If it is, you should reconfigure this product by following these instructions.
Bundles
If configured correctly, any Bundles should not show in the Buying Table. A Bundle is made up of constituent child products (will still be visible in the Buying Table) however the title of the Bundle itself, will be hidden. For more info on Bundles, please see here.
SKU Name Change in Shopify
If you have renamed a SKU in Shopify (such as when duplicating products and changing the names), this can lead to errors in syncing. If the steps above do not yield any results, please reach out to our support team with the SKU(s) that are not showing in Prediko and we will investigate further for you.
