We sync Catalogue updates from Shopify daily (e.g. new product listings, vendors, Locations) and we sync Inventory information (available stock) hourly. The SKU inventory numbers in the Buying Table correspond to the available quantity in Shopify and do not include "committed".
Can I force a re-sync?
Absolutely, click on the arrows next to the "Last Sync" at the top of the Plan page and force a resync.
