With Prediko, you can check "Pre-Set", "Insights" or "My Views".

How to create "My Views"?

  1. Add a filter or sorting to the view

  2. Click on "Save as new view"

  3. Add name

  4. Done!

  • How to update "My View"?

    • After updating your view, the "Save as new" view button appears with the arrow next to it. Click on the arrow to "Save for everyone" to update the view

FAQs:

  • Do you save filters and sorting that is applied within a View

    • No, these are not saved, unless you save it as "My View"

  • Are "My Views" saved for all users?

    • Yes, they are saved on your company level for all users.

What are the views available?

  • "Pre-Set":

    • All

      • All SKUs downloaded from your Shopify, excluding any "Non-Physical" SKUs, Archived or Bundles.

    • Stockout

      • SKUs, which are with Health Status "Stockout" (based on the In Stock amount) and which are "Reorder" = Yes

    • Buy Now

      • SKUs that need to be purchased Now ("Best Order Date" = today) to ensure they are Healthy by the time of the next delivery

      • Only includes SKUs with "Reorder" = Yes

    • Best Sellers

    • New Products

      • SKUs, that are in DRAFT on Shopify and with "Reorder" = Yes

      • If you want to add a Plan for new Products, make sure you create it using this process

    • Off Plan

      • SKUs that are + or - 10% off their Plan in the past month

    • No Suppliers

      • SKUs that don't have Supplier added

      • Only includes SKUs with "Reorder" = Yes

    • Excess

      • SKUs in the "Excess" Heath Status, with Days Left above Days of Cover

    • Reorder

      • Products with "Reorder" = Yes

  • "Insights"

    • Coming soon

  • "My Views"

    • Any views that you have created by yourself, based on Column, Filter and Sorting selection
