Product Updates (September 2026)

Written by Anubhav Narula

Schedule Your Auto-Drafted Purchase Orders

You can now set a schedule for each supplier’s auto-drafted POs: by weekday and time, by day of the month, in your own timezone. Preview the next three runs before you save.

Auto-drafted POs can also scale up to MOQ and round to supplier pack sizes automatically, so drafts are ready to send with fewer manual edits.

Create Purchase Orders From Bundles

Restocking bundles used to mean working out by hand how many of each component SKU you needed to buy.

You can now select bundles directly from the Bundles page and create a draft purchase order in one go.

Prediko breaks each bundle down into the component SKUs you need to purchase.

Better Raw Material Planning for Production Orders

If your raw materials are spread across several warehouses, it’s hard to know whether a production run is actually covered.

Production Orders now let you choose where raw materials are pulled from: one warehouse or all locations. Stock, in-transit inventory and material status recalculate for the location you pick.

You can also add options like colour and size to raw material SKUs, shown in a new Options column.

What’s New In Pia

Pia, Prediko’s AI inventory agent, keeps getting more useful. Here’s what’s new this month:

  • Alerts & Tasks is now Automations. Create or edit alerts and tasks just by chatting with Pia.

  • Pia can now draw line, bar and stacked bar charts in chat, with a “View as table” toggle.

  • Ask Pia to draft a purchase order, then confirm or dismiss it right from the chat.

  • Attach a file and Pia bulk updates lead times, safety stock and stock cover after you confirm.

Other Improvements

  • Switch the Demand Plan between monthly and weekly views for more flexible planning around promotions and shorter sales cycles.

  • Group the Demand Plan by Product Type or Product, then split each line by an option such as Size or Color.

  • The PO list now has a Totals row showing units ordered, units received, cost, payments and balance due.

  • Spread extra costs across PO lines by units or by value. On closed POs, extra costs follow the units actually received.

  • Choose which columns go into Excel exports, and set and save the font size for PO and Transfer PDFs.

  • Order lines now list sizes in a natural order (S → M → L), and PDF exports follow the same order.

  • Edit Days of Cover directly, and Prediko calculates Order Frequency for you.

  • Transfer Min/Max thresholds now appear as columns in Buy and Inventory, and can be exported to Excel.

  • Map Shopify vendors to suppliers in bulk, and import SKU-to-supplier links with Location and Lead Time.

  • Automated draft transfers can now run on a different schedule for each destination location.

  • Stocktakes now show Units Down, Units Up and Value Change separately, so shortages and surpluses don’t cancel each other out.

  • Barcode scanning is more reliable: the latest scan appears at the top of the count list, and duplicate reads no longer count twice.

  • Stock Adjustments can now be filtered by movement type and show the change in inventory value at cost.

  • Through Prediko MCP, you can now update forecasts and create or update transfers from Claude and other connected AI tools.
