Fill Every Container with Container & Pallet Planning
When you ship by sea or freight, ordering a few cartons short of a full container means paying for empty space. Working that out usually happens in a spreadsheet.
Now you can scale a draft PO up or down to fill a container or pallet in one click. Prediko shows the units and days of cover before and after, so you can approve with confidence, and you can see how full each container is right under your order lines.
To get started, add carton and unit dimensions to your products (one by one, in bulk, or with the new "Product dimensions & cartons" template), or simply ask Pia to do it. Standard container and pallet sizes are included in Suppliers & POs settings, and you can add your own.
Receive Transfers Just Like in Shopify
Not every unit in a transfer arrives in sellable condition, and until now that was hard to record cleanly.
You can now record Received, Rejected and Canceled units on each transfer line, or reject every remaining unit at once with Reject all. New Received Units and Left to Receive columns on the transfers list show what's still on the way, and Rejected and Canceled quantities can be included in your Excel and PDF exports.
Duplicating a transfer now makes an exact copy, with the same destinations, quantities, delivery dates, notes, tags and costs.
Know Exactly Where Every PO Stands
Chasing which POs went out and what has arrived often means opening orders one by one.
The PO list now has a "Sent to supplier" column showing when each PO was last emailed, with a Sent / Not sent filter. Total units shows received vs. confirmed, and clicking it opens a searchable per-SKU breakdown. You can also filter by delivery and created date ranges.
What's New In Pia
Pia is now available to all users, including team members with limited permissions. Pia respects each user's access, so everyone sees only what they should.
Share a Pia chat with teammates or your whole company. They see a snapshot and can continue in their own copy.
Ask Pia to set carton or unit dimensions for your products, ready for container planning.
Automations now flag Slack channels that were archived or deleted, with a button to reconnect Slack or switch to your connected channel.
Automations now show how often each alert is checked, for example "Daily · 09:00" or "Every 3 hours".
Other Improvements
Combine filter rules with And/Or and nest them in groups on Transfers, Buy, Inventory and Plan.
A new Unavailable stock column in Inventory shows Shopify's damaged, quality-control, reserved and safety stock.
Choose whether stocktake counts are compared against Available stock or Stock on hand, in Settings › Shopify Sync. When counting against Stock on hand, committed units from open orders are shown separately.
Barcode labels can print a Shopify metafield value, such as a bin location.
The draft transfer table now has bulk edit and column management, matching draft POs.
Add Vendor (Shopify) and Default Supplier columns to transfers and their PDF and Excel exports.
The Stock cell now shows units arriving by transfer.
SKUs replenished from another location now show "Ordered via [source]" instead of "Not configured".
Create a new supplier straight from the PO supplier dropdown, without leaving the order.
When a product has two listings in the same warehouse, you can now choose which one is the main product.
Raw-material exports now include the columns shown in the raw-material table.
Prediko MCP now supports more filtering options and handles deleted SKUs better.
