How to print barcode labels for POs?

Written by Amar Sujith

What is it?

Prediko Customers can create reusable barcode label templates (printer brand, label size, barcode source, custom fields), and then print labels either from a dedicated Print tab (pick SKUs + quantities, "Print all labels") or directly from a "Print labels" button that now appears on Purchase Order, Transfer, and Stocktake pages once a template exists.

Where to find it?

Settings → Barcode labels (app.prediko.io/settings/barcode-labels) for templates

The "Print labels" button also surfaces on individual PO / Transfer / Stocktake pages.

How to set it up and use it?

1) Settings → Barcode labels → "Create template", fill in the form, and save.

2) Go to the Print labels tab, add products, set quantities, and click "Print all labels".

3) Open a Purchase Order or Stocktake with confirmed quantities and confirm the "Print labels" button appears in the header and works.

Example: A customer sets up a template matching their Zebra printer's label size, then clicks "Print labels" on a just-received PO to print one label per confirmed unit.
