How to import/create a PO from Excel?

Import / Create PO from Excel

You can upload POs from Excel using the import function on the Purchase Order page

STEP 1: Go to the Purchase Orders page

STEP 2: Click Import, select "Import Purchase Order," and download the Prediko PO import template

STEP 3: Complete the Excel template, filling in all the relevant info.

NOTE: If you have Combined Locations, make sure to use the Combined Location Name.

STEP 4: Upload the file into the pop-up.

STEP 5: "Select header row": this will be the column name that we are grabbing for upload

Note: if you are using the template, we will auto-select the header row

STEP 6: "Match column": match which column has data

STEP 7: "Validate data": see the data that we are planning to import

STEP 8: "Confirm": Upload the data

IF you have any errors, you can correct the data upon receiving the error.
