How to manage Connections in Prediko?
The Connections tab lets you choose where Pia, Prediko’s AI Assistant, sends inventory insights, alerts, and updates. You can connect email, Slack, and WhatsApp so your team gets the right inventory nudges without having to check Prediko manually.

Use the Email section to schedule recurring inventory insights from Pia.
You can:
Add one or more email recipients
Enable or disable scheduled insights
Choose how often the email should be sent
Set the delivery time
Pick the first scheduled date
How to add an email recipient?
Go to Settings > Connections.
Under Email, click Add email.
Enter the email address.
Choose the schedule.
Select the first notification date.
Click Save.
Once saved, the recipient will appear in the Email table.
Customizing the email schedule
When adding or editing an email recipient, you can choose:
Frequency, for example: every 1 day
Delivery time, for example: 7:00 PM
First notification date
Prediko will show the next scheduled run in the Email table, so you know when the next insights email will be sent.
Managing existing email recipients
For each email recipient, you can:
Toggle insights on or off
Edit the schedule
Delete the recipient
Use the Insights-enabled toggle if you want to pause emails without removing the recipient completely.

The Slack integration lets your team connect a Slack workspace to:
Chat with Pia
Receive inventory notifications
Get updates directly inside Slack
To connect Slack, click Connect in the Slack section and follow the authorization steps.
WhatsApp connection
The WhatsApp integration lets you connect phone numbers so your team can:
Chat with Pia

Get inventory updates directly in WhatsApp
To connect WhatsApp, click Connect in the WhatsApp section and follow the setup steps.

Can I add multiple email recipients?
Yes. You can add multiple recipients, so different team members receive Pia’s scheduled insights.
Can I pause insights without deleting the email?
Yes. Use the Insights enabled toggle to turn scheduled insights on or off.
Can I change the email schedule later?
Yes. Click the edit icon next to the email recipient and update the frequency, time, or first notification date.
What does “Next run” mean?
“Next run” shows when Pia’s next scheduled insights email will be sent.
Do Slack and WhatsApp replace email insights?
No. They are additional channels. You can use email, Slack, and WhatsApp together, depending on how your team prefers to receive updates.
