⏰ Stay on top of your inventory with Prediko Automated Insights
Prediko can send you recurring inventory insights — stock health, sales performance, buying recommendations, and more — straight to your inbox, Slack, or WhatsApp. You manage every channel from Settings → Connections.
Receive updates and alerts straight to your inbox.
Go to Settings → Connections → Email.
Click Add email and enter the address that should receive insights.
Pick the cadence (e.g. weekly) for your scheduled insights.
You can add multiple email recipients, each with their own schedule. Toggle a schedule off, edit its cadence, or remove the recipient at any time.
Slack
Get recurring inventory insights posted to a Slack channel of your choice, and chat with Pia from any channel once connected.
Go to Settings → Connections → Slack.
Click Connect and authorise Prediko in your Slack workspace.
Pick the Notifications channel where scheduled insights should be posted.
Set a cadence for Scheduled Insights (e.g. every 1 week). The next run time is shown below the cadence.
Use the Enabled toggle to pause/resume the schedule, Edit to change the cadence, or Disconnect to remove the workspace connection. Pia can be DM'd or invoked in any channel — the notifications channel only controls where automated insights are posted.
Connect phone numbers to chat with Pia, receive notifications, and get updates directly in WhatsApp.
Go to Settings → Connections → WhatsApp.
Click Connect and enter your country code and phone number.
Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to you on WhatsApp. (Resend the code if it doesn't arrive — there is a short cooldown.)
Choose the cadence at which you want to receive scheduled insights.
Each WhatsApp connection is private to the user who set it up. Multiple users on the same tenant can each connect their own number.
