Copy SKUs from one Purchase Order to another

Learn how to using the "Copy To" feature on the Purchase Order

If you need to SKUs from a PO to a New Order or an Existing Order, follow these steps:

Steps to Move SKUs:

  1. Select SKUs:

    • Choose the SKUs you wish to move from your current order.

  2. Use the "Move To" Button:

    • Click on the "Copy To" option in the bulk bar at the bottom of the order screen.

  3. Choose Destination:

    • Select either:

      • New Order: Creates a new order with the selected SKUs.

      • Existing Order: Copies the SKUs to an already existing order.

  4. Complete the Copy:

    • Once copied, you can delete the selected SKUs from the original order.

Important Notes:

  • The order needs to be finalised

    • Make sure that the order is created and is not left as a New Order

  • Restrictions on Status:

    • You cannot copy SKUs that are in "Partially Received" or "Closed" status.

  • Supplier Consistency:

    • SKUs can only be copied to orders associated with the same supplier.

  • Restriction on Integration:

    • Not available for customers who are integrated with any WMS.

By following these steps, you can efficiently reorganize your orders while ensuring accuracy in your purchase records.
