Issues with ShipHero PO Sync
There are a few common issues when you are syncing your PO to ShipHero:
Make sure that SKU already exists on ShipHero
We need to make sure that SKU you are adding on the PO already exists in ShipHerp
Supplier name is not matching
If your Supplier name is not matching we won't be able to match it to the name of the Supplier on ShipHero
Sync is old
We sync daily with ShipHero, you can always force a sync by clicing on ShipHero button in the Order
