We sync Catalogue updates from Shopify daily (e.g., new product listings, vendors, and Locations), and we sync Inventory information (available stock) hourly. The SKU inventory numbers in the Replenish Table correspond to the available quantity in Shopify and do not include "committed".
Can I force a re-sync?
Absolutely, click on the circular arrows icon on your left-hand side navigation menu to force a resync.
Right next to it, you can also see the status of the last sync.
Note: Once you do a force resync and the status in the Prediko app says "synced", please wait for around 15-20 minutes for the app's UI to refresh the data for you.
If you still don't see some SKUs after the force resync, please reach out to Prediko support using the in-app live chat.
