What Product Data Does Prediko Sync from Shopify?

Lean what product fields are synced to Prediko from Shopify

Written by Prakhar Srivastava

When someone installs Prediko on their Shopify store, Prediko automatically pulls key product data to help you manage demand planning, purchasing, and catalogue visibility effectively.

Here’s a breakdown of product-related fields that are synced from Shopify into Prediko:

✅ Synced Product Fields

  • Product Title
The name of the product listed in Shopify.

  • Variants & SKUs
All product variants (like size or color options) along with their unique SKU codes.

  • Options (e.g., Colors, Sizes)
If your products have options (like Size, Color, Material, etc.), these will be synced for each variant.

  • Vendor
The supplier or brand assigned to the product in Shopify.

  • Product Type
The category or classification of the product (e.g., Hoodie, Shoes, Mug).

  • Product Tags
Tags used in Shopify to organize or filter products.

  • Cost per Item (Unit Cost)
The cost price of each product or variant (if populated in Shopify).

📊 Synced Sales & Inventory Data

  • Historic Sales
Prediko imports past sales data to help with demand forecasting and inventory planning.

  • Inventory Levels
Current available stock for each SKU that has inventory tracking enabled in Shopify. A product is only stocked and planned in Prediko if "Track quantity" is turned on for it in Shopify. SKUs with tracking turned off are still imported (title, variants, vendor, etc.), but Prediko receives no stock for them, so they will not appear in the Replenish Table or planning views.

  • Inventory Locations
If your store uses multiple locations (e.g., warehouses, retail outlets), Prediko syncs inventory per location.

🔁 Sync Frequency

Prediko automatically keeps your product and inventory data in sync with Shopify regularly. You can also trigger a manual sync from your Prediko dashboard at any time.
