Exporting POs

To export a Purchase Order from Prediko, first create a draft PO using these steps.

Once you have an order in draft, click on "Share" at the top right-hand corner of the Purchase Order to Export.

You send the PO directly to the supplier via email or you can Export in:

Note: To export a PDF, PO has to be at least in the DRAFT state (so, finalised).

Yes! When you select to export PDF or email you can choose which columns to export.

Note: only available on finalised POs (e.g. the onest that are at least Draft, not on a new PO).
