FAQs for Insights Page

Analysing inventory can be a full-time job! There are plenty of metrics and we wouldn't want you to get lost in all of them and so we send you weekly Insights highlighting the most important metrics for you to deep-dive via the platform.

What are Insights?

Weekly cards you get in the Insights on your home page.

When do you send Insights?

We refresh your Insights every week, so you get new ones on Monday.

You only get Insights that apply to you, making sure that you save your time!

What should I do with the Insights?

You should review them!

  • Click on "Review" button and it will take you to the location in the app, where you can check out more details about the Insight.

It is important to review your insights weekly - that way your Plan will be up to date and you don't miss out on any SKUs that need to be repurchased.

What type of Insights are there?

Can I see Insights that have been actioned/dismissed?

Absolutely, click on the Dismissed tab and check all the historical cards for that week.
