How to receive and close Purchase Orders and mark them as delivered?

How to receive units for PO?

There are three ways to update your receive units:

Manually

Head to Orders > Select Order from the Orders section > Manually update the Units Received.

Bulk

Select SKUs that you want to receive>

In the Bulk Bar, click "Delivery" >

Then click "Set all as received."

Bulk via Export

Once all the units have been updated to the correct number, you should then set the Status to Closed, signifying that everything has been received.

Does Prediko update my Shopify with received units?

Yes, when adding the units to Prediko, this will then push to Shopify to update. See here for more info.

Closing PO

I did not receive it in full, but I want to close it - what will happen to my In Transit amounts?

When you Close POs, we take away any units in transit. So units in transit will become 0.

If I close the PO, will I automatically receive all the units?

No, you need to receive units using the above methods.

Can I close just a line in a PO?

Yes, simply select SKU > Click on "Delivery" > "Close line item". That will update units to transit to 0, without receiving any extra items.
