How do I connect more than one Store to Prediko?

You can connect all your Shopify stores to Prediko to Plan and Order inventory from a single account.

How to connect my other Stores?

How is the Plan calculated for my new Stores?

Once you add a store, we create a Plan for it based on historical data, depending on what type of Plan setting you are on. Once the Plan is created you will see a Total Plan for all Stores together, that you can filter by Store to dive-deep.

Smart: We will automatically apply the same growth (YoY) as you have on your Original Store. You can update it in Plan after the sync is over. Read more here.

How to see my Plan per Store?

In Filter, Select "Store" > select the needed Store in the dropdown.

Location Setup

If you share the same Location across different Stores, make sure to Combine Locations to not double count your inventory.

Your Sales will still be considered across all Locations.

  1. Go to Settings > Inventory Settings > Connected Locations > Click "Combine Locations"

  2. Give Name to a Combined Location

  3. Select in the Dropdown all the Locations that are the same, across Stores

  4. Click "Combine"

  5. Done ✅

If there are the same SKUs that are present in the Locations you have Combined, by default Prediko will take the minimum Inventory. You can update it in the SKU Mapping below.

FAQs

How long does it take to sync data from my new Stores?

It can take up to 8 hours, depending on how many Orders you have (we are limited by the speed of Shopify's API). You can see the Sync status in the dropdown at the top-right of your Prediko.

My Stores have different currencies - what currency will my Prediko be in?

The originally connected Store, with a⭐ next to the name of the Store in your "Connected Stores" page.

When I filter Plan by Store - do Buying Table metrics also filter for this Store?

No, the Buying Table is always shown on the Combined Store view, with metrics for SKUs across all stores.

To Buy quantity - is it for all Stores?

Yes, we calculate To Buy quantity based on the demand coming from all the stores.

How is Smart Model generated - is it per Store or Global?

We create a Plan per each Store individually, taking all the seasonalities and trends per Store and the SKU's performance in that Store. And then we simply add them up for a global view.

I combined Locations but the Inventory looks wrong. How do I update it?

You can check and update the SKU mapping, from which of the Combined Locations we are pulling the inventory. By default it is from the minimum one.
