How to edit parameters per Product or SKU on Replenish Table

Manually updating the lead time and more on a per-product basis.

Written by Amar Sujith

Edit parameters per product

  1. Select a column you want to update in the " Columns" on the Replenish Table

  2. Select SKUs you want to update

  3. Edit via the Bulk bar in the middle of the screen

You can update the following parameters per SKU on your Buying Table:

  • Supplier

  • Reorder setting

  • MOQ

  • MOQ Type

  • Safety Stock Days

  • Days of Cover

  • Lead Time- Days of Cover

Example of updating Lead Time

The lead times of products will automatically default to the time set of the associated supplier; however, you can easily override this within the Buying Table itself. The 'Days of Cover' parameter defines how long the ordered stock will last based on current demand. For example, setting 'Days of Cover' to 180 days ensures that your stock will last for 180 days from the time it arrives in your warehouse. Lead times can be set at both the supplier and SKU levels. Supplier-level lead times act as defaults for all associated SKUs, but if you manually set a lead time for a specific SKU, it overrides the supplier-level default. Once overridden, the SKU-level lead time remains locked even if the supplier's default lead time changes.

Manually Update Per Product

1) Surface the Lead Time column in your Replenish Table by heading to the 'Columns' tab.

2) Select 'Lead Time Days'.

3) Within the Replenish Table - select the SKU you would like to change and manually add the updated time.

Update Product in Bulk

To set multiple SKUs in Bulk, simply select those you'd like to change and use the bulk 'Lead Time' option. Add in the number of days for all selected products. Bulk updates create locked lead time values for SKUs, overriding the supplier's default lead time settings.
