Can I update the fact that I don't want to reorder a SKU in Prediko?
Absolutely!
Please follow the steps below to change this. Please note:
If your account is syncing, the ability to change the status will be blocked until the sync is completed.
You can only set products to Reorder -> No on a SKU level, not a product level. You will therefore need to toggle the view from a product view to a SKU level view to change.
Step 1
Select the SKU (or SKUs in bulk) that you don't want to reorder and then select Reorder in the floating menu.
Step 2
Select "No" from the drop-down.
We also offer an Excel/CSV import option if you have to update the Reorder status on a lot of SKUs.
To do that, please go to Settings -> Import and select the option "SKUs to discontinue."
How to hide these SKUs from your Plan?
Once you set the Reorder status of the SKUs to No, Prediko will not plan for them beyond the current available stock, and they will not be included in your buying recommendations.
