Difference in values explained
We call it the “Croissant” dilemma.
Say, we give you €5 and one croissant costs €1.16.
Is it possible to exactly spend €5 buying croissants?
The answer is no - unless your baker is ready to sell you 4.31034 croissants!
(€1.16 * 4.31034 = €5)
Following the same logic, when you modify the prediction of one cell to a rounded number, we cannot perfectly distribute that number across all the impacted SKUs — we need to round some numbers :)
