If you need to split your Purchase Order (PO) and move SKUs to a New Order or an Existing Order, follow these steps:

Steps to Move SKUs:

  1. Select SKUs:

    • Choose the SKUs you wish to move from your current order.

  2. Use the "Move To" Button:

    • Click on the "Move To" option in the bulk bar at the bottom of the order screen.

  3. Choose Destination:

    • Select either:

      • New Order: Creates a new order with the selected SKUs.

      • Existing Order: Moves the SKUs to an already existing order.

  4. Complete the Move:

    • Once moved, the selected SKUs will no longer be part of the original order.

Important Notes:

  • Order needs to be finalised

    • Make sure that Order is created and is not left as a New Order

  • Restrictions on Status:

    • You cannot move SKUs that are in "Partially Received" or "Closed" status.

  • Supplier Consistency:

    • SKUs can only be moved to orders associated with the same supplier.

  • Restricution on Integration:

    • Not available for customers who are integrated with "ShipHero"

By following these steps, you can efficiently reorganize your orders while ensuring accuracy in your purchase records.
