Can I Plan by Quantity?

Yes, simply switch the view from Sales to Quantity.

Can I filter page by Store or Location?

Yes, you can either filter the whole view for a specific Location or Store.

Or add Sub-group by Locatio or Store on the Planning table, to see data grouped accordingly.
