How to export from Prediko
You can easily export any data from different sections of the app. Simply click on the Export tab at any time.
Prediko also supports exporting data in Excel format, allowing users to manage inventory, suppliers, and reports efficiently. You can customize export views to include selected columns and resolve discrepancies in exported data.
Plan: Use the filtering option to drill down into the required data and then Export. You can download the Plan overview, Replenish Table (the columns that you have selected), and Plan per SKU.
Orders Export specific Purchase Orders. You will have the option to export multiple POs as a PDF or Excel sheet.
On the Orders page, switch the view to "Group by: Orders." Select one or more Purchase Orders (POs) using the checkboxes that appear. Use the Export button in the bottom action bar to download the data. Alternatively, open an individual PO and use the Export button in the top-right corner to export that specific PO.
Inventory Data Open the Inventory table view. Use the Export button located in the table’s toolbar to download the data as an Excel file.
SKUs and Suppliers Open the Inventory table. Click on "Manage columns" to hide any unnecessary columns. Use the Export button to download the file, which will include the SKU and Supplier columns.
Customizing Export Views Prediko allows you to tailor your exports to include only the data you need. Use the "Manage columns" option to select or hide specific columns before exporting. Save your customized view for future use.
Troubleshooting Export Issues: If you encounter issues while exporting data, try the following solutions:
Missing Export Button: Ensure the view is set to "Group by: Orders" on the Orders page to make the Export button visible.
Discrepancies in Exported Data: Use the "Quantity sold (including bundles)" report in the Reports section to get accurate data on child and bundle quantities.
