Shopify Statuses within Prediko
To keep your recommendations and historical data correct, make sure to set your Shopify statuses correctly:
Shopify | To Order* | Prediko |
Draft | Yes or No | Status used for new Product launch. By default set as "Yes" to order. Once created - make sure to add your Plan for the Product / SKUs. |
Live | Yes or No | Currently live Products. By default set as "Yes" to order. |
Archived | No | Products which are no longer selling. Always "No" to order. Not considered as part of Plan OR buying recommendations. Important to keep historical data - do not delete old products. |
*Set your SKUs "To Order" Yes or No on the Buying Table, to make sure that we add these products in recommendations to purchase and have them as part of your plan.
